With BESTVISO Insights Workshops, you will develop successful business ideas, based on current, relevant consumer needs. In tandem with a suitable market research agency, our Insights Workshops will organize consumer studies and surveys for your company.

During the process of in-home interviews, you will observe, accompany, and survey participants in the course of their unscripted lives and/or at the point of sale. Your interdepartmental or in-house team will also take part in the Customer Safari. During this in-house workshop, together with your team we will define the key insights emerging from the at-home or in-store interview.

Our Insights Workshops, aimed at identifying areas of psychological conflict for developing new product ideas, will typically consist of the following stages:

  • Defining business objectives, category, and target group
  • Selecting the market research agency for consumer screening
  • Creating and coordinating surveys and questionnaires
  • Home and point-of-sale visits conducted by your team (e.g. marketing, market research, sales, and/or R&D) and BESTVISO
  • Gathering observations during the workshop
  • Defining, drafting, and selecting key insights

This workshop can be combined with the BESTVISO “Innovation” offer. On the second day, together we will use the insights as a basis for new ideas and specifically articulated concepts.
